Located on the floor of a secure condominium, our apartment is a large two-room apartment, consisting of a bedroom with dressing room and a bright living room with balcony, ideal for a stay with family, business or friends.
Ideally located at the foot of the famous Notre-Dame Cathedral and close to public transport, you can easily explore the city's most beautiful spots. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are nearby. Everything has been designed to ensure you have a wonderful stay! :-)
It is composed as follows:
- A beautiful living/dining room with a balcony (ideal for breakfasts in the sun);
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine);
- A bedroom with a 140x200cm bed;
- A bathroom with a shower;
- Separate toilets.
The following are provided: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc…
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental price.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM. No parties or celebrations will be permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with these house rules may result in immediate termination of the lease and forfeiture of the security deposit in the event of disturbances or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We will be happy to accompany you throughout your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Our accommodation, less than 2 hours from Paris, is ideally located for visiting our most beautiful sites in Rouen!
You can also take advantage of the many shops nearby. The cathedral and the Gros Horloge are a 2-minute walk from our apartment.
We will be happy to accompany you throughout your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Check-in will be by appointment between 4pm and 8pm.
Departure: Between 8am and 11am.
We do our best to ensure you receive a warm welcome. We ask that you be as precise as possible about your arrival time and notify your host if you will be delayed. Penalties may be applied for delays of 30 minutes or more. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will incur a €20 fee, payable in cash upon arrival, through the booking platform, or deducted from your security deposit.
After 10:30 PM, entry will no longer be permitted. Your overnight stay will not be refunded in this case.
A valid form of identification must be presented upon entry. A property inspection and photographic inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional guests than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
Please do not hesitate to contact us to let us know your arrival time so that we can best organize the handover of the keys.
