- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, fridge, freezer),
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- TV, children's games, books, radiators, smoke detector,
- parking space.
After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.
