Welcome to our wonderful and brand new holiday apartment in Saranda, where you'll experience the perfect blend of relaxation and seaside adventure on the stunning Albanian coast.
This is the ideal base for exploring Saranda and all the beautiful attractions nearby. Spend your days relaxing on crystal-clear beaches, enjoying fresh seafood at local restaurants, or taking short trips around the area. Popular spots include Saranda's gorgeous beaches, the nearby Ksamil beaches, the fascinating Butrint Archaeological Park, and the breathtaking Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër). Whether you're after pure relaxation or want to try new activities, Saranda's got you covered with swimming, water sports, coastal walks, and plenty of local culture to discover.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable and bright space that's perfect for a holiday getaway. The apartment features an open, airy living room with modern furnishings and a fully-equipped American kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals. Step out onto the terrace to enjoy your food whilst taking in breathtaking sea views and unforgettable sunsets. After a day full of sun and adventure, retreat to the cosy bedrooms for a peaceful night's sleep.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You'll have a double bed and two individual beds to choose from, plus all the essentials including air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and a TV to keep you entertained.
Practical amenities include a private garage parking space in the same building, a washing machine for longer stays, and an iron to keep your clothes fresh. The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the kitchenware you'll need.
During your stay, you'll have full access to the apartment, and we're always available to help with questions, local recommendations, or any minor issues. After booking, we'll provide our contact details and respond promptly to any requests.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you need a late check-in after 10:00 PM, there's a 20 Euro fee. We accept both Albanian Lek (ALL) and Euro (€).
