A BZ sofa bed allows sleeping accommodation for two additional guests. The living room opens onto a west-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the late afternoon light with views over the dunes.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe and air conditioning, and opens onto a second east-facing balcony overlooking the quiet garden at the rear of the residence.
A hallway leads to the independent, fully equipped kitchen, facing east and fitted with a fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. The shower room includes a shower, washbasin and washing machine, and benefits from natural light thanks to a window. The toilet is separate.
The residence enjoys a prime location, allowing easy access to the beach on foot. Just nearby, a beach restaurant located directly on La Gravière Beach offers the perfect setting for lunch or dinner facing the ocean.
