Chalet MANOU - located at the entrance to the village of Crest-Voland
Located in the charming village of Crest-Voland, with a shuttle stop right in front of the chalet, this detached 215 m² chalet is spread over three levels and can accommodate up to 15 people. For optimal comfort, however, it is recommended for 10-12 people.
The chalet includes a self-contained apartment on the ground floor, equipped with a kitchenette and accommodating 6 people (included in the total 15 beds). This space allows guests to enjoy a degree of privacy while remaining connected to the main chalet living areas.
The central living area is distinguished by its original layout: two separate tables, one for adults and the other for children. This arrangement, designed to encourage interaction between several generations, may not meet the expectations of all visitors.
Finally, the chalet is suitable for people with reduced mobility thanks to an elevator offering easy access to levels 0 and 1.

At level 0:
The entrance leads to a large corridor providing access to the following rooms:
- A bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a television and a private shower room + WC
- A second bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a television and an en-suite shower room + WC
- A wellness room equipped with a sauna, a hammam, a shower, as well as a washing machine and a dryer
- An elevator compliant with accessibility standards, providing access to the upper level (possibility of going up using the stairs)
- A heated changing room equipped with a boot dryer with a timer to heat ski boots
- A utility room with a hot water tank and an electricity meter
- A garage including a ski rack
On level 0 - Apartment:
This studio is attached to the chalet, with the option to close it off for greater privacy. It comprises:
- A living area equipped with a kitchenette and three single beds (3*90 cm)
- A bedroom equipped with a 140cm double bed, a television and a wardrobe
- A bathroom with a shower and a bathtub
- Separate toilet
- A bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and a wardrobe. It can also serve as a passageway to the upper level.
At level +1:
This level provides access to a large living room, a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, and includes:
- A large, bright living room with a wood-burning stove
- A dining room equipped with two tables
- An open-plan fitted kitchen: 3-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator, microwave, DELONGHI bean-to-cup coffee machine
- Separate WC + washing machine and dryer
- A master bedroom comprising a 160cm double bed, a dressing room, a desk area ideal for remote work (with printer access) and a private bathroom
