INTERIOR
As soon as you enter, you discover a large living space with generous volumes, consisting of an elegant living room and a bright dining room, open to the sea horizon thanks to large bay windows. These spaces naturally extend to a large terrace covered by a wooden pergola, equipped with a lounge lounge and an outdoor dining room, ideal for sharing meals facing the sea, from breakfast to dinner at sunset.
The fully equipped, modern and functional kitchen has a central island and complete services (oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, Nespresso machine ...). An adjoining cellar with laundry room and storage space completes this space.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 people in optimal comfort, thanks to its 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, all designed as real suites.
