Treat yourself to a relaxing break on the Vendée coast in a warm and spacious house, ideal for a holiday with family or friends. Welcome to La Brise Vendéenne, a comfortable house located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, just 2 km from the 5 Pineaux beach, perfect for fully enjoying the sea, nature, and the many activities the region has to offer.
This 56 m² house, designed to accommodate up to 6 people, is appealing thanks to its friendly atmosphere, its beautiful volumes and its large enclosed garden.
Upon entering, you will discover a large, bright living room consisting of a modern lounge equipped with a television and a decorative (non-functional) fireplace which provides a particularly cozy atmosphere.
The adjoining dining room offers a large table ideal for sharing meals in a friendly atmosphere.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen features induction hobs and everything you need to cook just like at home. Its small porthole window, reminiscent of a mini-bar, creates a very pleasant aperitif area between the kitchen and the living room.
