Located on the 6th floor (no elevator), this bright studio apartment includes:
- a sleeping area on a mezzanine with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax in after a day of sightseeing.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and quietness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment benefits from an ideal location:
- Close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.
- Close to many shops and restaurants.
For your small daily shopping needs, a "Carrefour City" supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away.
If you enjoy strolling through markets, the Saint-Quentin covered market is a 5-minute walk from the apartment (open every day except Monday).
