ARCACHON CENTRE, 20 METERS FROM THE BEACH!
Located in a former iconic hotel in the Arcachon Basin dating from the early 20th century, right on the seafront, this charming apartment is on the 4th and top floor with elevator access. It offers all the necessary comforts to accommodate up to 4 people, with a south-facing loggia and a parking space.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, a separate WC, and a bright, south-facing living room with a 160cm sofa bed, a television, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave/oven, two-burner electric hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine). The kitchen is cleverly separated from the living room by a breakfast bar with stools and provides access to the loggia. The bedroom, also opening onto the loggia, has two 80cm beds that can be joined to form a 160cm bed, and a wardrobe. The spacious, modern bathroom has two entrances: one from the bedroom and the other from the WC. The approximately 8m² south-facing loggia is furnished with outdoor furniture and an awning, ideal for enjoying the sun and a beautiful panoramic view of the town of Arcachon. The apartment impresses with its beautiful features: antique parquet floors, tasteful contemporary decor, and exceptional location.
Arcachon's main beach is located at the foot of the residence, and the municipal market is just 350 meters away. A non-assigned parking space is included. Pets are not allowed.
