Each villa has its own private terrace with plancha grill and outdoor seating. Each has its own private pool (approx. 5 × 3 m, depth 1.60 m), secured and open in season: ideal for all ages to enjoy the sun in privacy. The property includes two enclosed garages and two outdoor parking spaces on‑site. Accommodates up to 16 guests comfortably. Enjoy the tranquility of the neighbourhood while being within easy reach of shops, restaurants and the lively seaside of Valras‑Plage.
