You’re close to everything yet sheltered from the buzz: palms swaying in the breeze, quiet lanes, and the shimmer of the Mediterranean at the end of your street. The sense of scale is immediate—wide living areas, fluid indoor-outdoor flow, and spaces designed so everyone can move at their own rhythm.
Outdoors, a Bali-stone pool anchors the tropical garden. Evenings gather naturally around the fire pit with its low-set lounge by the water; friendly matches play out on the pétanque court; the cinema room takes over when the sun sets. A fully equipped summer kitchen brings alfresco dining center stage, from lazy brunches to late dinners. Inside, contemporary décor and designer illustrations add a refined signature. Five bedrooms, including four master suites, ensure privacy and comfort for families and groups.
The Grau d’Agde keeps an authentic southern spirit—quayside strolls, fish markets, family beaches, and easy bike paths. In 5 minutes by car, lively Cap d’Agde awaits with marina vibes, beach clubs, nightlife and boutiques, so you can mix laid-back days and festive nights without long drives.
Pool note — Heated by heat pump April to October, when weather permits. Best-efforts basis only: no guaranteed temperature, as cool spells and wind can affect performance. Exact operating dates available on request.
Security deposit — To secure your stay, a €5,000 deposit is required 48 h before arrival via secure link, as a credit-card pre-authorization (no other method). Amount shown at booking; the hold is released up to 7 days after checkout if the villa is returned in good condition. No keys can be released without the deposit. Please check your card limits with your bank.
