Fully equipped villa, 5 min walk to the beach & 12 min by car to the centre of Palma. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Quiet and yet centrally located.
*THE LIVING ROOM
This wonderful villa is located in the well-known Sometimes-Playa de Palma area, quiet, next to a park, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The highlight: just 5 minutes from the airport and only a 5-minute walk to the beach of Playa de Palma with all its entertainment options.
The house is divided into 2 floors, the lower floor consists of a living room (Smart TV) with living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and very large, modern wardrobe, a small bedroom with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. On the floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, all three with en suite bathrooms (i.e. with direct access to their own bathroom), so you can enjoy a lot of privacy. Outside there is a beautiful pool with a chilli out area, sun loungers and hammocks, as well as a barbecue. Here you can spend Mallorcan nights by candlelight and enjoy dinners or barbecues together on the veranda.
