The owner's note, Sarah
Alqueria is a 5 bedroom country house with lots of character, a combination of traditional and modern styles. The house offers plenty of space both indoors and outdoors and is located in a quiet area just a few kilometres from the town of Porreres. On the ground floor there is an open-plan dining room, which is connected to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen by a rustic archway. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room. A TV room with DVD player (currently only German SAT TV), two bedrooms and two separate shower rooms complete the ground floor. On the floor there is a living room with satellite TV, wood-burning stove and an adjoining toilet. There are also three double bedrooms with integrated, open-plan bathrooms in the rooms.
The outside area impresses with its size and spaciousness. It offers plenty of space for barbecues, dining, lounging by the pool, but also for relaxing with a book or strolling through the fields. The salt-based pool measures 3.5 x 11 metres and has a Jacuzzi in the entry area.
The house is heated in the colder months by water radiators, the water in the radiators is heated by a wood-burning stove. The owners provide firewood.
Youth groups not permitted. The minimum age for group bookings is 30 years.
