Casa Daniel is quietly located in the countryside between the small village of Calonge and the tourist resort of Cala D'Or. Ideal for enjoying the rural idyll on the one hand and yet being able to immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of a tourist resort after only a short drive or to make use of its amenities and various sandy coves.
The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped with well-tended, large lawns and Mediterranean plants. The large pool with Roman steps and sun terrace is the ideal place to enjoy the long summer days. A large covered barbecue area overlooking the pool is a real highlight and children will also love the wooden house in the garden and the table tennis table. The entire property is enclosed by a natural stone wall. The entrance and driveway are closed with garden gates.
Casa Daniel is a pleasant, single-storey holiday home with an open-plan living room with fireplace, which includes a newly fitted and well-equipped kitchen area and dining table. Individual walls in natural stone cladding create a cosy ambience. It has two bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning with fixed hours of use from 18:00 - 08:00.
Calonge can be reached by car in about 3 minutes. There you will find local shops, a supermarket and really nice restaurants, next to a plaza with a small playground. Cala D'Or offers its visitors seven beaches, a pedestrianised area with a large sn of restaurants, bars and boutiques and a beautiful marina. Excursions can be made along the south-east coast of Mallorca by glass-bottom boat - a nice way of finding out which bays, harbours and sandy beaches might be visited again later by car. The beautiful golf course "Vall d'Or Golf" is just a 10-minute drive away in the direction of Porto Colom.
The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, final cleaning and all utilities (electricity, water, gas). A high chair and a baby cot can be provided free of charge.
