Situated between Cas Concos and Santanyi on a spacious garden plot, this imposing, modern holiday home boasts impressive, far-reaching views of almond groves and the surrounding, hilly natural landscape. It's hard to imagine, when you're relaxing by the pool in absolute tranquillity, that there are magnificent sandy beaches just a few minutes' drive away. Nearby is Cas Concos with excellent restaurants and several shops and the beautiful Mallorcan village of Santanyi, known for its colourful weekly market and craft market, with galleries and numerous good restaurants as well as shops and boutiques, is just 5 km away.

The property is accessed via a winding path through an electronic entrance gate and both the façade of the holiday home and the interior have been painted in special colours to harmonise with the natural landscape. Finca Xemarri is tastefully and comfortably furnished. A pine door leads into the spacious entrance area and on into the spacious living/dining area (approx. 50 m²) with a solid oak table and chairs. The bright, friendly room is decorated with paintings by the owner. Large doors lead out onto the garden terrace. The very well-equipped, modern kitchen has a serving hatch to the dining area and access to the large covered terrace with barbecue area, where meals can be enjoyed al fresco. One twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms share a bath/shower room. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with its own bathroom/shower room.
One shower room on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
In the large garage there is a guest WC with shower and a utility room with washing machine and further access to the kitchen
Outside there is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 m, min. depth 0.5 m, max. 1.70 m) with floodlights and wide steps, spacious sun terraces with garden furniture for relaxing, a 20 m long terrace surrounded by vines and the well-tended garden. The sunsets behind the hills are unforgettable.
For our youngest guests, the pool can be fenced off for children free of charge. There is also a fabulous private playground.
The air conditioning cold/warm in the bedrooms has fixed operating times. 20.00h to 07.00h. In the living area from 08.00h to 10.00h and 12.00h to 14.00h.
