Fandango is situated not far from Cala D'Or in a quiet location in the countryside. Beaches such as Cala Sanau and the 7 bays of Cala D'Or can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The finca extends generously over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with sofas and an oak dining table. Access to the pool terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast table and pantry with additional fridge. Exit to the covered terrace with barbecue. Laundry room. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom.
There are four bedrooms on the floor. The master bedroom has a dressing room, a full en-suite bathroom and access to a spacious upper private terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool and garden.
We also find two bedrooms with two single beds - one bedroom with a covered terrace with armchairs and sofa - that share an adjoining full bathroom with shower.
The last bedroom also has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
Covered terrace with dining area and brick barbecue. Bathroom near the pool with shower. Lovely pool with separate children's pool and terrace with sun loungers and lawn.
The property has fruit trees, almond trees and olive trees, which create a very natural rural atmosphere.
