Beautiful 2-bedroom holiday home in Ibizan style with private pool and well-kept Mediterranean garden. Puchet is located in a quiet residential area, just 200 metres from the small sandy bay of Cala Serena, in the north of Cala D'Or.
The spacious villa is built on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living/dining room with conservatory, a very well-equipped kitchen and a guest toilet with shower. TV with German channels only. On the upper floor are the two double bedrooms, each with en suite shower room. From the master bedroom you can reach the beautiful roof terrace with chill-out furniture to enjoy the balmy summer nights.
The outdoor area is spectacularly spacious and very well maintained. The beautiful 12 x 7 metre pool with outdoor shower is surrounded by palm trees and lawns. At the back of the house you will find a Weber barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings.
