Casa Petita" is located in a side street in the small, picturesque village of "Es Llombards". A converted village house with a large courtyard and private pool. You can explore the village on foot and look for the most inviting bar or the most pleasant restaurant. Santanyí is only 3 kilometres away. There is a very inviting and typical weekly market here every Wednesday and Saturday.
Casa Petita is completely renovated and furnished. The rustic natural stone walls give the house a very special atmosphere. The charming, authentic country house is comfortable and very tastefully furnished. From the entrance you will find a cosy living room. Through an open archway you enter a bright, spacious and inviting dining room. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen. A wooden staircase leads from a bedroom with a double bed to the open gallery with a further 2 single beds (for children). This means that 4 people can enjoy a good night's sleep in this bedroom. Opposite is the bathroom with shower. A further bedroom with 2 single beds and a complete en suite bathroom completes the main house. The third bedroom with an en suite bathroom is located in the adjoining house with a separate entrance.
From the dining room and the kitchen you have access to the courtyard with the slightly higher pool area. The beautiful patio, partly covered, the Mallorcan porch is equipped with a barbecue and the dining area with furniture invites you to enjoy culinary delights and barbecues. There is a large courtyard in front of the house, which is ideal for playing.
