This 50 m² two-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and offers a large corner loggia with breathtaking sea views. The apartment is in excellent condition following a recent renovation.
The living room has a 2-seater sofa bed and a television, while the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bedrooms offer optimal comfort: two single beds (90 cm) in the bedroom and a double bed (140 cm) in the second bedroom. The apartment also includes a shower room, separate WC, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and new electric roller shutters.
A secure private parking space (no. 5) completes this property for a convenient and comfortable stay. Ideal for fully enjoying Canet-Plage, the sea, and its lively atmosphere.

The rental property must be returned clean and in good condition.
A secure, enclosed parking space can be reserved close to the rental property at a rate of €70 per week.
The tenant is responsible for the end-of-stay cleaning and may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price provided on request).
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental; the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be completed before your arrival (no cash or checks).
