Located in the sought-after Mernaz area of Morzine, this new chalet, built and completed by the end of 2025, offers approximately 270 m² of living space spread over three levels. Designed for seasonal rentals, it boasts generous living areas and a layout particularly well-suited to stays with family or friends.
The chalet can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its five en-suite bedrooms, four of which are located on the floor and one on the top floor, close to the living areas. The top floor features a bright open-plan living space combining a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has an inset fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere after a day in the mountains, and opens onto an outdoor terrace furnished with a professional infinity jacuzzi and a sauna, designed for moments of relaxation.
Upon entering, the chalet features a ski locker with boot dryers, making the return from the slopes much easier. A closed garage for one car, complemented by a covered garage that can accommodate up to three motorcycles, completes the property's practical amenities.
The location offers a truly comfortable stay, with the free shuttle stop right in front of the chalet and the Nyon cable car approximately 500 meters away, providing quick access to the Portes du Soleil ski area. The village center and its shops remain easily accessible.
As part of BARNES' rental management service, your stay includes housekeeping and a mid-stay towel change, ensuring a consistent level of comfort. A range of à la carte services are also available: provision of baby equipment (crib, high chair), discounts on ski passes and ski equipment rental, and the organization of ski lessons with the ESF ski school in Morzine.
