On the ground floor:
- a street-facing lounge with a 140x200 sofa bed. We advise travelers to bring earplugs so as not to be disturbed in their sleep by outside noises.
- a fully equipped kitchen area allowing you to easily prepare your meals thanks to a combination oven, ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary utensils.
- a separate toilet
On the upper floor with a steep staircase (not recommended for people with reduced mobility and young children):
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, ideal for peaceful nights.
- a shower room with WC. Access is via the bedroom.
WiFi is available throughout the apartment, allowing you to stay connected, whether for work or entertainment.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so all you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay.
The location is a real advantage. You're just a 7-minute walk from the Pernety metro station (line 13) and 8 minutes from the Alésia station (line 4). Several bus lines nearby make getting around Paris easy. For your everyday shopping, a Franprix supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.

The 14th arrondissement is a large, largely residential area, but it also encompasses some of Paris's most famous attractions. The 14th is home to the Montparnasse Tower, train station, and cemetery. It's also the Catacombs district, the lively Denfert-Rochereau district, and the Rue Daguerre, with its cafés and small shops that will strongly remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. You'll also find the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district, and the Parc Montsouris.
