Situated in a quiet area between the village of Son Servera and the exclusive area of Costa de los Pinos (east of Mallorca), both 5 minutes away. Looking directly onto the golf course of Pula, in a large area of Mediterranean vegetation and surrounded by steep mountains. Ideal for those who want to enjoy some of the best beaches, cycling and walking routes around the island.
The house has a living area of 145 m2 spread over two floors.
The floor consists of:
A living/dining room with comfortable sofas and a large dining table seating 8. A rustic design kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, double doors lead to a covered terrace with table and chairs.
A double bedroom with 150 x 200cm bed (with air conditioning) and en-suite bathroom with shower and a further bathroom with shower.
The ground floor consists of:
Bedrooms with two single beds, another bedroom with 150 x 200cm double bed, a bed available for seventh person A family bathroom with bath/shower.
4 A/C units (hot and cold air) in bedrooms and one in the living/dining room.
Also has wifi.
The outside of the house has a terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views. Here is the attractive 4m x 9m swimming pool with several sun loungers around for sunbathing, or you can relax in the shade under the pergola.
In turn, the garden area includes a table and chairs and a built-in barbecue to enjoy culinary delights outdoors, its 300 m2 of lawn, planted areas and fruit trees create a unique and peaceful atmosphere.
There is covered parking for 3 cars.
Included in the price: Bed linen, towels for the use of the house, kitchen towels, final cleaning and expenses (water and gas).
Not included: Ecotasa, payable by all adults 16 years and over on arrival.
Deposit: A metallic deposit is required.
