The house
This beautiful house in the countryside in the municipality of Búger, surrounded by nature, has a lot of charm. The exterior is lined with natural stone and has a swimming pool where you can cool off during many months of the year.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms, each with two single beds. One of them is accessed via an internal staircase. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The open plan, fully equipped kitchen is open to the sunny living room where one feels very comfortable. There is air conditioning with heat pump in the whole house.
Location
The property is situated on the outskirts of the charming village of Búger, in the north of the island of Majorca, in a very quiet area. In approximately 10 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, or the well-known golf course of Pollensa which is only 10 km away. Campanet or Caimari are two charming villages within easy reach. For shopping you can reach Inca where there are well known shops selling leather goods.
Outside
The house is on a fenced plot of 5000 square meters and offers a lot of privacy. The large swimming pool of 4 x 10 meters is surrounded by a large solarium with parasols and sunbeds for sunbathing.
Next to the pool, there is a lovely covered terrace, with table, chairs and a built in barbecue to enjoy al fresco dining, or if you prefer you can seek shade under the many fruit trees that are located within the property on the hottest summer days. The property has a parking area for cars.
Bed linen, towels for the use of the house, kitchen towels and utilities (water and gas) are included in the price. Electricity consumption is not included in the price. The amount for the final cleaning is to be paid on arrival.
A cash deposit is required on arrival and is returned by bank transfer within 7 days after departure.
The cot and high chair can be provided free of charge.
