Traditional Mallorquin style country house with 3 bedrooms and private pool for rent only 2 km. from Pollensa, Mallorca.
The house is located on the road between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, 4.9km. from Puerto Pollensa and only 4.5km. from the well known Cala Sant Vicenç.
It is a rustic style house with two floors, but only the ground floor is available for rent. A perfect family retreat, close to all amenities.
From the entrance you enter the living/dining room with traditional style, sofas, TV and stereo. There is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with two 90cm beds in each. There is also a bathroom with bath/shower. The kitchen is accessed through the terrace, and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.
In the outside area there are two areas to enjoy al fresco dining.
To complete, through one of the terraces we find a large rustic style room with barbecue, equipped with fireplace, wood oven and sink. Dining table and fireplace with armchairs.
Finally, we find a swimming pool, as well as a complete outdoor bathroom and a laundry area.
Air conditioning hot/cold in the bedrooms with fixed and limited timetable and wifi.
