Villa 3 bedroom Manacor

This Finca is located on the east coast between Manacor and the coastal area of the Calas de Mallorca. From the mountain road from Manacor to Son Macia, after about two kilometres, we turn left onto a dirt road which leads us to this idyllic property and once here we have a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.
The house is simply furnished but very functional and well maintained. On the ground floor it has a living area of approx. 130 m² and houses a total of three bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and two bathrooms, thus offering enough space for a total of six persons. An occupancy of up to three guests is also possible, please ask us for prices. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed of 180 x 190 cm and the third bedroom has two single beds of 0,90 x 1,90 m. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and one of the bathrooms with a large shower is located in the third bedroom en suite.
From here, a corridor leads to the open plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher and dining area and, just before going out onto the covered terrace and the pretty garden, on the right hand side is the living room with satellite TV. The terrace has a corner with sofas for cool wine evenings and a dining table and from here you have a fantastic view of the pool and the surrounding landscape. The private pool of 8 mx 5 m (depth 0,90 x 1,80 m) with sun loungers and parasols is simply ideal to cool off after sunbathing and has a fantastic view from all sides.
A large mobile grill is also available. One of the highlights is the newly built outdoor bar by the pool with a small fridge and sink.... so you don't always have to go indoors for a cold beer or wine!
The village of Son Macia is situated in a picturesque valley on the edge of the Llevant mountain range. From here it is not far to the small, often hidden coves of Cales de Mallorca. All in all, simply a great holiday home!
