This finca is situated in the east of the island on a plot of approx. 21.000 m², just before the well-known coastal towns of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, close to their popular sandy beaches of the same name. The finca can accommodate up to 10 persons.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms on two floors, all with double beds and air conditioning and 5 bathrooms, 4 of them en suite. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to a private terrace. There is also 1 guest bathroom with toilet. Here you will also find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer and a large dining table.
In the living room there is satellite TV, WiFi internet and a fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are 4 further double bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms have great views of the pool area and even the sea.
The outside area has large partly covered terraces, one with dining table in front of the kitchen and another one with chill out sofas. The pool area with an 11 mx 5 m pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Here you will also find the covered barbecue and a small bathroom with shower and toilet.
The nearest villages are Cala Millor Porto Cristo and Son Servera and the nearest beaches of Sa Coma and Cala Millor can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. This finca is the ideal combination of relaxation and an unforgettable beach holiday.
