The Mediterranean semi-detached houses are located in the beautiful residential area of El Paraiso (Campos municipality/ Sa Rapita area). The complex is in close proximity to the beach of Es Trenc.
A roofed and open terrace, as well as a private roof terrace with a sea view are available. There is also a small private garden and a very large communal swimming pool (including children's pool). The residential complex has a very spacious pool area.
The maximum occupancy is six people (four adults and two children) per terrace house. This modern terrace house has high-quality furnishings. A spacious and light-filled living-dining area with direct access to the terrace/garden, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and storage room are available.
