As soon as you enter Finca Olivia (Can Granot), you will realise the charm and above all the size of the house. You enter a spacious entrance area and find a large dining table to your right, which offers space for all guests. Directly behind this is the shower room on the lower floor and the living room. The living room also has a separate exit to the courtyard.
Further back on the lower floor are the two bedrooms of the finca. To the right you have a small dressing room and adjoining a beautiful large bedroom with a double bed and a fantastic window front.
Opposite is a "family room", so you will find a small bedroom with a single bed and adjoining another bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine, ceramic hob and other kitchen utensils is also on the lower floor to the left.
You will then be impressed by the spaciousness of the upper floor, where you will find 4 further bedrooms and open-plan living areas. The bedroom on the right has 2 single beds and a unique view over the fields. Behind the living area on the upper floor there is a small "children's room" with two further single beds. And then you follow the corridor via the bathroom with bathtub on the right and enter another spacious area with a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. The last bedroom is furnished with two single beds and offers you the opportunity to enjoy the sun in the morning on the adjoining roof terrace!
From here you also have access to the finca's courtyard. The outdoor area also offers you endless space, a beautiful large outdoor barbecue, outdoor furniture and parasols, as well as the separate pool area, which always invites you to take a dip in the cool water! A further bathroom with shower is located in the extension of the house and here you will also find the washing machine.
