Terraced house of 320 m² three storeys high in a central location facing the sea. The beach is about fifty meters from the house. It has a garage of more than ninety square meters in the basement, whose use is only for tenants of the house in which can fit up to four vehicles, two terraces with sea views one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor with magnificent sea views and a minimalist garden at the back of the house, one of the rooms also has a small terrace balcony in the back of the house. It also has three bedrooms one with a double bed and the other two with single beds, in one of the rooms there is also a sofa bed if necessary, two bathrooms and a toilet, kitchen with dining room with all the necessary utensils for your use, pantry and laundry.
