In a historic building, it offers not only restful nights in a living room/bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a sofa, but also a pleasant living atmosphere combined with modern comfort. This accommodation guarantees an unforgettable stay in a unique location in the centre of the island.
Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with a four-ring gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge, ideal for preparing delicious meals. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and a separate shower, WC and bidet to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Conveniences include satellite TV, an air conditioning unit and a fan to ensure the perfect feel-good climate at any time of year. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for communal use in the building.
Enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas, which you share with just four other flats. An inviting garden and pool area invites you to relax, complete with comfortable seating areas for each flat. It's the ideal place to read a book in peace and quiet or to freshen up after a day of exploring.
