This charming villa for two to six people, with its private swimming pool in an enclosed flower garden, has a bedroom adjoining the bathroom with a bathtub and shower cubicle, furnished with a washbasin and mirror. ATTENTION: we do not wish to rent the villa to families with small children who cannot swim! The second bedroom adjoins a large bathroom with bathtub and is furnished with two washbasins and two mirrors. The third bedroom adjoins the shower room and also has a vanity unit with washbasin and mirror. There are also three WCs, a lounge with a 46-inch Led flat-screen TV, a dining room, a separate kitchen equipped with induction cooker, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine in capsule, dishwasher; a laundry room with washing machine, internet connection.
Outside you will find shaded pergolas, terraces with garden furniture and a teak table for eight people, a round wrought iron table for five people, five sun loungers, barbecue, ping pong table... The grounds are fenced and therefore suitable for children and dogs.
The villa is 1.8 km from the town centre and the supermarket. We do not rent the villa to holidaymakers with small children who cannot swim, as the pool is too close to the house and we are not reassured despite the standard alarm.
Sainte-Maxime, nestling in the Gulf of Saint Tropez, is an ideal holiday destination offering a special climate with exceptional sunshine and winter temperatures between 12 and 19 degrees. The town is attractive for its sporting and cultural activities, its entertainment and its attractions for young and old.
