Quiet villa in the heart of the maquis, close to beaches, rivers and mountains in the commune of Porto-Vecchio.
Nestling in an unspoilt natural setting, our villa offers you total immersion in authentic Corsica. Enjoy an exclusive stay in a luminous and relaxing setting to escape from your everyday life.
A fully-equipped 110 m2 villa less than 10 minutes by car from the town of Porto Vecchio and its shops, 15-20 minutes by car from the magnificent white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of Palombaggia, Santa Giulia and Saint Cyprien and 20 minutes from the Ospédale national forest and its rivers.
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms (king-size beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 separate WC, 1 very bright living room with large picture windows, 1 fully-equipped kitchen/dining room with bar opening onto the living room and 1 utility room. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with reversible air conditioning (hot and cold).
A large 60 m2 covered terrace is equipped with a barbecue, an electric plancha and an outdoor fitted kitchen area with outdoor lounge overlooking a 3800 m2 private garden planted with trees (pines, oaks, arbutus, heather). The grounds are fenced with an entrance and automatic gate. Access to the house is private.
The swimming pool is private and measures L 9 m * W 4 m* Depth 1.50 m. It is treated with salt and heated if required. A boules pitch, a badminton court and a table tennis table are available in the garden at the rear of the house.
