Recently renovated flat, bright, friendly and welcoming, tastefully furnished, fully equipped and with all amenities.
It has a covered terrace and a small private garden.
The 56 m² flat comprises the following rooms:
A living room/kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and dining area.
The living room has a sofa, solid wood coffee table and flat-screen TV.
One bedroom with king-size double bed (180 x 200) with the option of making 2 single beds (90 x 200).
A beautiful bathroom with shower, wall-hung WC and bathroom cabinet.
All rooms have air-conditioning and heating.
A barbecue, garden tables and garden benches are available to our guests in a communal area.
There is free private parking on our gated property.
