Blankets and pillows provided. Please bring your own sheets and pillowcases.
Area: Worth a visit are Pézenas or the medieval town of St. Guilhem-le-Désert, the stalactite caves of Clamouse or the Roman excavation L'Oppidum D'Enserune near Béziers. A must-see are the 9 locks (Les Neuf Ecluses) on the Canal du Midi near Béziers. Reasonably close are the big cities of Narbonne with its historic centre and Carcasonne. Barcelona is about 2 hours' drive from the campsite, ideal for an interesting day trip. On Wednesday and Saturday mornings there is a large market in the centre of Vias, all the sunny terraces are full of locals and tourists for a coffee or a drink.
The campsite: A fantastic 4-star campsite right on the Mediterranean with lots of entertainment for young people, great swimming pools, water slides and luxury paddling pool, several playgrounds, disco/entertainment every evening. No one will be bored at this campsite! The campsite is just a few minutes away from the charming seaside resort of Vias-Plage with its restaurants and terraces. The campsite has a restaurant with a bar. Takeaway food, chips and pizza available at the campsite.
