A charming T6 house (130m² living area) for rent on the beach at Les Grenettes. This large property enjoys an exceptional location: protected site, private access, dunes and beach 30 metres away! South-facing, overlooking 900m² of parkland, planted with trees and flowers, enclosed by mature trees with direct access to the path leading to the beach! Large terrace with electric awning, garden furniture and large barbecue. Front access in a quiet cul-de-sac, garden with trees and flowers. Possibility of parking (not private) and private parking for several vehicles in the grounds. Living area: this large 60m² room includes a lounge area (two convertible sofas, LCD TV, DTT decoder, DVD player, fireplace, etc.), a dining area and a kitchen area (large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso, etc.). Antique furniture. The utility room houses a washing machine, electric condensation dryer and cleaning equipment. Two picture windows provide direct access to the south-facing terrace. On either side of the lounge, you will find 5 bedrooms: 4 with double beds (200x140cm), and 1 with 2 single beds (200x90cm). For the little ones, 3 cots are available. On the way back from the beach, you'll find 2 shower rooms, one of which is a very large Italian-style shower. 2 WCs are also available.
Wi-Fi INTERNET access! For the little ones: high chair, 4 cots, 2 baby baths and changing table. You will also find duvets, pillows, bolsters and bath mats in the bedrooms. Household linen (sheets, towels, etc.) can be hired.
Children can play safely in the park, which is completely enclosed by walls. Several vehicles can be parked easily. There are some wonderful walking routes right outside the house.
In the bedrooms you will of course find blankets, duvets, pillows, bolsters and bath mats. Some guests prefer to pay a little less and bring their own linen. We therefore offer the possibility of providing sheets and towels as an optional extra. For those who prefer not to be burdened with this, we offer high quality linen hire: - 4 Rooms with 1 double bed: 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 1 bolster, 2 bath sheets, 4 towels, 2 flannels and 2 bathmats. - 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds: 4 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath sheets, 4 towels, 2 flannels and 2 bathmats. Baby linen (sheets and towels) is provided free of charge. Please let us know if you wish to hire linen. Beds will be made by us.
Location: The Grenettes site, which is highly protected, is located in a wooded area between the villages of Sainte-Marie and Bois-Plage. Between the pine forest and the dune, it is the last property before the beach. The Quéreux du Fond des Grenettes lives up to its name and is only used by 2 or 3 local residents. On the other side of the house, a small sandy path leads down to the beach, just a few dozen metres away... NOTICE TO PEDESTRIAN FISHERS!!! take advantage of direct access to an area renowned for fishing on foot: prawns, whelks, scallops, oysters in large quantities, angling, etc...
