Hello everyone!
I am offering for rent a new (luxury) 170m² chalet (delivered at Christmas 2021) in Villard reculas, on the Alpe d'Huez ski area, spread over 3 floors and directly accessible from the slopes (ski room located 5 metres from the slopes). Located 150 metres (on skis) from the start of the ski lifts and the ESF. The resort is linked to Alpes d'Huez.
For 14 people, the chalet has :
- 4 bedrooms with double beds (one of which can be divided into two single beds),
- 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds,
- 4 bathrooms,
- 4 toilets, 3 of which are separate,
- a large, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room (oven, microwave, toaster, raclette and fondue machine, cutlery, chopping boards, coffee machine, blender, pots, pans, colander, etc.)
- a double lounge with fireplace
- a large sunny terrace with a Nordic bath
- two balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors

Located at 18 route des Alpages in Villard Reculas, the chalet is part of a condominium made up of several chalets and flats, with communal areas such as
underground parking, outside walkways, corridors and lifts.
The accommodation comprises a 3-storey chalet, 4 basement parking spaces and
a private 12 m2 ski room. Spread over 3 floors and directly accessible from the slopes, the resort is
150 metres on skis from the ski lifts and ESF.
Le Yéti de Villard is located in Villard-Reculas, part of the Alpe d'Huez ski area. Just 10 minutes from the village of l'Alpe d'Huez by chairlift, and 12 minutes by car, you have access to a wide variety of activities, shops, restaurants and nightclubs in both Villard-Reculas and the village of l'Alpe d'Huez.
The 250km of pistes at Alpe d'Huez are suitable for all levels of skier, from beginner to expert. 85 runs, including 25 green (beginner), 34 blue (intermediate), 21 red (advanced) and 5 black (expert).
The resort also has a vast network of cross-country ski trails. You'll also find the French ski school, where you'll find ski lessons for all ages and levels. A great advantage is that the ESF is just 200 metres from the chalet.
In Villard-Reculas, you'll find restaurants including La casa de Demeure Sauvage and Le Bijou. There are also bars, some no more than 10 minutes away, and a supermarket nearby, where you can buy vegetables, fresh meat, bread, cheese and much more.
In the restaurants of L'Alpe d'Huez you can enjoy many specialities of French cuisine such as raclette, fondue savoyarde, salads, quiches, gratins, soups, meat dishes, fish dishes and desserts.
The bars in L'Alpe d'Huez offer a wide choice of cocktails, soft drinks, fruit juices, coffees, teas, wines and beers, as well as music, dancing and good times with friends.
Finally, the resort of Alpe d'Huez offers a range of bars and nightclubs in which to party.
There are several walks and hiking trails in Villard-Reculas. The most popular hiking trails are the Sentier de la Cascade, the Sentier de l'Oratoire, the Sentier de l'Étang, the Sentier de la Pêcherie and the Sentier des Chapelles.
Alpe d'Huez is surrounded by a number of hiking trails that allow visitors to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside. There are trails for all levels of difficulty, from easy to difficult. The most popular trails are the Sentier des Lacs, the Sentier des Chamois and the Sentier des Cimes.
