This holiday home for 6 people is located in a small, peaceful village in the heart of the Massif des Bauges.
There is a balcony on the kitchen side. The terrace, with two garden chairs, leads down a few steps to the garden. Your children will be delighted: there's a large trampoline, a 60-metre-long zip line, a swing and an above-ground swimming pool (5.50 m in diameter and 1.20 m deep). Meanwhile, adults can relax on three sun loungers and admire the mountain scenery. There is also a seating area with a large wooden table and two 2.5-metre benches, as well as a parasol and a brick barbecue.
On the ground floor of the house is the garage, where you can park a car. At the back of the garage is a heated utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a separate WC. Stairs lead up to the upper floor. You enter a 35 m² room. The fully-equipped kitchen takes up around half the room. In the kitchen you'll find an oven, gas cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle and plenty of crockery, pots and pans. You can enjoy your meals at the high table on comfortable bar chairs. The other half of the room is taken up by the living room. Relax on a large leather corner sofa. Here you'll find a flat-screen TV and DVD-Blu-ray player. The bathroom with toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower is half a floor up. A few steps further up is the bedroom, with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). A small staircase separates this bedroom from a mezzanine. There are two further beds (80 x 200 cm). A small staircase leads from the bedroom to the second, which has a double bed (140 x 200 cm).
The holiday home is ideally situated for a wide range of outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling, horse riding, climbing, tree climbing, paragliding, swimming, canoeing, skiing and snowshoeing. Of course, you can also climb the many peaks of the Bauges. Caves, waterfalls, the famous Pont du Diable (Devil's Bridge), the breathtaking Pont de l'Abîme (Abyss Bridge) and the area around the River Séran also invite you to go on discovery walks. What's more, you'll be able to sample regional produce from local producers and markets. You'll find shops in the surrounding villages of Lescheraines and Le Chatelard. An excellent restaurant is just a five-minute walk from the holiday home. The house is also only about 30 minutes' drive from Lake Annecy and Lac du Bourget.
The loft style of the holiday home gives it a special charm. The beds are already made when you arrive. What's more, the owner, who lives on the same plot, will provide you with a bag of charcoal free of charge for your barbecue evenings. If you are travelling with several vehicles, you can park them in a private parking space.
