Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.
The loggia facing the sea offers an unobstructed view and a pleasant space to enjoy the coastline. The living room includes a sofa for two people and a television.
The kitchen is equipped with electric hobs, an oven, a refrigerator and a microwave.
The separate cabin offers two 90cm bunk beds.
Functional shower room and separate WC.
A private and secure parking space completes the rental.
