HOUSING
The entrance opens onto a pleasant living room, organized around a lounge equipped with a sofa bed (140x190cm), a connected TV and a dining area.
The open-plan kitchen, functional and well-equipped, has a counter with high chairs, allowing you to share a meal or a coffee in a friendly atmosphere.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and its wardrobe, offering a separate and comfortable resting space.
A shower room with WC completes the apartment.

From Nice airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in the Palm Beach district, appreciated for its balance between residential tranquility and quick access to iconic Cannes landmarks.
- Palm Beach beaches: approximately a 5-minute walk. Sandy beaches and more secluded coves, ideal for swimming or beach clubs.
- Port Pierre Canto: 7 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. Pleasant for an evening stroll or dinner overlooking the boats
- Boulevard de la Croisette: 12-minute walk or 4-minute drive. Iconic promenade, luxury hotels, private beaches, and boutiques.
- Palais des Festivals et Congrès: 8 minutes by car. Heart of major international events and the city center
- Rue d'Antibes: 6 minutes by car or approximately 18 minutes on foot. A lively shopping street, ideal for shopping and cafes.

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
