A little to the right of the house you reach the enchanting sun terrace with the 10 m x 5 m (1.80 m x 2.00 depth) private swimming pool, where you can relax and quickly forget the stress of everyday life. There is a covered barbecue grill nestled somewhere between the pool terrace and the house.
Due to the good connection to the finca, the beautiful beaches such as the bays of the Calas de Mallorca, the fishing village of Porto Colom or the beaches in the south around Santanyi can be reached by car in just 10-15 minutes
