The modern finca with a large partially covered terrace and private pool is located on a completely fenced property in the north of the island between the villages of Campanet and Sa Pobla.
The house offers 120 m² of living space on the ground floor with a total of three bedrooms (one with a double bed 1.50 x 2.00m & two with 0.90 x 1.90m single beds each) and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite with a hydromassage bathtub. The large modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine and toaster.
The bright living/dining room is equipped with a dining table, a sofa and a television with satellite TV. A washing machine, two children's beds and two high chairs are also available free of charge. The bedrooms and the living/dining room have their own air conditioning.
From the living room and kitchen you can access the partially covered terrace with dining table and sofas. From here you have a wonderful view of the 8 x 4m swimming pool and the wonderfully landscaped garden all the way to the mountain panorama of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
The motorway can be easily reached from the finca and the village of Sa Pobla for daily shopping is only 2 km away. The well-known beautiful beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa are approximately 12 km away.
