ARCACHON AIGUILLON - FISHING PORT
Located on the 6th floor of a secure residence with elevator, this 45 m² two-bedroom apartment is appealing thanks to its two balconies and its unobstructed views of the port and the Arcachon basin.
The entrance hall leads to a shower room with a washing machine, a separate WC, and a pleasant living area. The open-plan kitchen is functional and fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine). It extends into a dining area and a welcoming living room with a sofa bed (140cm). This room opens onto a north-facing balcony overlooking the harbor. The bedroom has two single beds (90cm), while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed (160cm) and direct access to a second east-facing balcony offering a tranquil view of the bay and salt marshes. For your comfort, the apartment includes Wi-Fi internet access, balcony furniture with sun loungers, and an electric barbecue for enjoying the outdoors. A private parking space completes the package. The residence also offers a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, open from 01/06 to 30/09 from 9:30 am to 9 pm, ideal for moments of relaxation and refreshment after a day at the beach or a stroll on the port.
