Discover our charming, renovated, single-story cottage, specially designed to welcome all travelers, including those with reduced mobility. It includes two comfortable bedrooms, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures. The spacious bathroom will delight you with its modern walk-in shower and shared toilet.
The cottage opens onto a bright living room, enhanced by bay windows that let in soft natural light. Reversible air conditioning ensures optimal comfort all year round.
Outside, a lovely terrace awaits, perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. You'll also appreciate the owner's friendly presence, always available to advise you on the best activities to discover. To enhance your stay, don't hesitate to take a dip in the shared swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days. Please note that the pool is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
ALL-INCLUSIVE RATE! On a magnificent 2.5-hectare estate, four independent houses are nestled in a parkland of century-old trees. Domaine de Mary is located in the hills above Brive-la-Gaillarde, 2 km from the town center, yet in a particularly peaceful setting. The estate features a large heated swimming pool open from mid-April to mid-September (measuring 13.8m x 14m, with a depth varying from 1.5m to 3m, equipped with a cover and alarm), a multi-purpose tennis court, a pétanque court and sports area, games equipment (table tennis, archery, basketball hoop, football goal), and offers two electric bikes, two folding bikes, two road bikes, and a B'twin bicycle for exploring the beautiful region. These facilities are shared by all the cottages. An electric charging point is also available on the estate for your convenience.
