This 80 m² apartment, designed to accommodate up to 6 people, offers a perfect blend of comfort, space, and conviviality. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped, separate kitchen, a large dining room with a family table, and a spacious living room with a television and a fireplace that creates an incomparably cozy atmosphere.
The house has two bedrooms, each equipped with a 140x190 double bed, as well as two 90x190 single beds located in the living room, convenient for accommodating the whole family.
The modern bathroom, with its large shower, has been designed for your comfort.
Outside, you'll enjoy a spacious area surrounded by attractive white pebbles, creating a pleasant rock garden. Parking is completely private and located right at the entrance to the house, ideal for unloading your belongings and easily accessing the property.
The Coastal Refuge is located near the Vendée Corniche, known for its wild landscapes, cliffs, and splendid sunsets. You can explore the safe cycle paths that run along the coast, or embark on an adventure with the many water sports available: surfing, paddleboarding, canoeing, and sailing.
The area also boasts superb state forests, ideal for walks or bike rides in the heart of nature.
