This friendly and welcoming apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, offering stunning sea views from its balcony.
It includes a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 190, as well as a second bedroom equipped with two single beds of 90 x 190, perfect for accommodating families and friends.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease, and the functional shower room ensures your comfort.
You will have a pleasant dining area with a table and chairs, and a comfortable living room with a 140 x 190 sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The apartment also has a well-furnished terrace and a garden where you can get some fresh air and enjoy the sun.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness.
For a carefree stay, everything you need is at your disposal, including a television, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave and oven.
The accommodation does not have wifi, for a total disconnection.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost. It is important to note that there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation. You will have access to a private, enclosed garage during your stay, and public parking is available at the foot of the building. Pets are also welcome.

The ever-present ocean stands as the city's symbol, its sea spray filling the nostrils of visitors. The ancient stones also have their say in this landscape bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, where low-lying coasts, sheer cliffs, and sandy shores alternate. International exchanges have fostered a unique architectural blend, shaped by diverse influences from across the seas. Not far from the shore, the islands of Ré, Oléron, and Aix form a natural barrier, preventing the ocean swell from disturbing the tranquility of this ancient city. Originally a fishing village founded in the 10th century, it took only two millennia for it to become a major port. Its dominance in maritime trade lasted until the 15th century. But its rebellious spirit displeased the King, and it succumbed to Richelieu's siege in the 16th century. Despite its lost independence, La Rochelle continued its economic growth through the centuries to the present day, thanks to its proximity to the ocean, which remains central to maritime trade.
