Villa Rotger is a country house that enjoys an exceptional location in a quiet area, yet within walking distance of the centre of Pollensa town. The villa, comfortable and totally traditional in style, enjoys spacious outdoor areas with a variety of plants, shrubs, flowers and fruit trees. The pool area is spacious and has lovely views of the nearby mountains. The barbecue is another highlight, ideal for those who enjoy cooking outdoors in a totally relaxed and natural environment. Steps lead up to the front door, which leads directly into the spacious lounge/dining room equipped with satellite TV and traditional furniture. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer. It is worth mentioning that the kitchen also has access to a terrace where there is a bathroom with shower. The property also has a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, which share a full bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and hot/cold air conditioning units (which, in line with local energy saving and efficiency initiatives, are programmed for use from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00). From the lounge/dining room you can access the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Overall the house is ideal for those who want to be in a quiet environment but do not want to be dependent on the car, as the town of Pollensa is right next door.
