Unique on the Costa Verde
Exceptional for its location on a green hill near the historic village of Cervione, facing the Tyrrhenian islands, it is just as exceptional for its well-kept surroundings, around which the choice positioning of the delightful villas with their generous spaces makes it a much-appreciated holiday destination for couples and large families alike.
Guests say they appreciate the evenings when not a sound disturbs their observation of the sky, in which the stars sparkle like crystal.
Inside the accommodation: Maison Claire, 69 M2 with a beautiful sea view, a belvedere, comfortable and pleasant furnishings. 3 rooms: Living room with dining area with dining table, satellite TV, sofa bed and exit to terrace. One bedroom with double bed (160cm) (French window leading out onto terrace), shower room, washing machine, WC. One bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), shower room and WC, storage cupboard. Fitted kitchen with oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, electric and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. Electric heating and air conditioning. Partially covered terrace with garden, outdoor furniture (table and chairs), sun loungers, barbecue, drying rack. Extras: cot, smoke detector, pets welcome (2 maximum). Non-smoking accommodation.
