The TARTAY MILL dates from 1874.
Part of the Moulin de Tartay, this 45 m2 gîte under the roof has one bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
It sleeps 3 people. Small children (0-3 years) are welcome.
After two wooden staircases in the Moulin de Tartay farmhouse (31 steps with landing), the accommodation comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room opening onto the kitchen and a flat-screen TV is provided.
WiFi is free and air-conditioned in the accommodation.
A laundry room is available outside the flat.
Secure automatic gate and separate entrance to the Moulin de Tartay.
The MILL is under surveillance by external cameras.
The grounds are fenced and secure (15,000 m2).
The accommodation has an outdoor area to share, such as the garden and swimming pool.
Free parking is available. Electric vehicle charging point (extra charge). The accommodation is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
A dog is on site as well as hens, roosters and geese.
No noise after 10 p.m.
No parties or evening entertainment on the estate.
We speak English and German.
The garden includes garden furniture, an unsupervised heated swimming pool measuring 7 x 3 x 1.50 metres (open from April to September) protected by a wrought-iron fence and a protective curtain with C.E. standards -. standards (a liability waiver is requested from each guest and is valid for each stay) open from 8am to 8pm for safety reasons, a swing in the form of an arbour under the responsibility of parents (open from April to October), a trampoline limited to one person weighing less than 90 kg (open from April to October),
A garden swing limited to 90kg with cushions is also available.
The garden is shared only with Domaine du Moulin de Tartay tenants.
1 private terrace with barbecue, table and chairs, garden furniture and private fridge.
A football, beach volleyball and petanque pitch is also available.
A table tennis table and basketball hoop for amateur players.
A carport.
A car charging station is available (for a fee).
A SPA with a JACUZZI, (additional service) available from October to the end of March, on reservation and private, payment on the spot, forbidden to children under 10 years old.
