Le Moulin de Tartay is a holiday home dating from 1874.
- Classified as a 4-star furnished holiday home since 24 January 2024.
Le Moulin de Tartay, built in 1874, is an old flour mill.
Its millstone was driven by water from a canal used to irrigate the waters of the Durance.
Close to Avignon, the Moulin de Tartay has been converted into gîtes by Sandrine and Ludovic
who bought it in 2016.
A 110 m2 house, two 60 m2 gîtes and a 45 m2 gîte are available for guests.

The garden includes garden furniture, an unsupervised heated swimming pool 7 by 3 by 1.50 metres deep (open from April to September) protected by a wrought iron fence and a protective curtain to C.E. standards. There is a dog on site, as well as hens, roosters and geese.
No parties or receptions on the estate.
