Two-story terraced house in the Verano Azul Residence. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a toilet, and a living/dining room with access to a terrace. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a balcony, and the other with three single beds, also with a balcony. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning/heating is available throughout, and there is fast and reliable Wi-Fi/fiber optic internet.
Chromecast for streaming from a mobile phone or other devices to the TV. There is a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped.
There are two communal swimming pools.
It is located 1 km from the centre of Nerja and Burriana beach. There are supermarkets and several restaurants nearby.
